What We DO

At PPP, we recognize how important online presence is for emergency dental clinics. Our Process

Strategy Call

Our initial strategy call will allow us to gain specific insight into your company, including the number of patients you are currently seeing, the number of patients you are hoping to book per month, and the different procedures that you offer. We will assess what your current online presence looks like, and we will start planning a roadmap for you based on your specific goals.

Implementation

After we have gathered all of the information that we need, we can start to implement a Google Ads and SEO strategy that is tailored to your specific needs. One of the ways that we do this is by building out a long tail keyword campaign that lists out all of the different emergency procedures that you offer at your practice. For example, if you offer endodontic procedures for abscessed teeth, we will begin to rank you on the first page on Google for terms like “treatment for puss in my tooth”. We will create an extensive list of procedure based keywords based specifically on your practice. We will also begin to rank you for generic, location and industry based searches including “emergency dentist near me” and “nearby emergency dental practice”. We set up local ad targeting, so that these types of searches are only displaying for people within your area. In addition to this, we set up Call-In ads so that users who are searching for these relevant terms can call into your office to learn more about the different treatments and procedures that you offer.

Conversion Rate Optimization

Before the ad campaign is actually launched, we will analyze your website, and look for areas where we can improve the user experience. This is a crucial step in the process, because the foundation of any digital marketing campaign is the experience that the end user has on your website once they visit you. We offer conversion rate optimization as part of our digital marketing package, meaning we can have our web development team go in and make changes to the website to improve user experience and make the site easier to navigate, which will make it more likely that users book appointments or call in to request your services. This step is optional but highly recommended.

Tracking, Reporting, and Adjusting

You will be assigned a full time account manager, who will be responsible for tracking the performance of your account on a daily basis and making adjustments to your campaign in order to improve performance over time. Your account manager will also be responsible for preparing performance reports for you every week, so that you can easily see the progress of your campaign over time. These reports will include graphs that display the level of organic growth you are receiving through SEO, the number of clicks and website visits you are getting through PPC, your conversion rate, and your overall return on investment each month.
